Where practices tend to get stuck

Referrals dried up

Your work is good. Your calendar used to be full. Lately the phone doesn't ring the way it used to, and you can't quite name why.

The roster feels fragile

You're mostly full, but the practice feels delicate. One month off could unwind it. You're aware of it and don't love the feeling.

Booked but capped

You're full. Demand isn't the problem, but your hours are. You can't figure out how to grow without working more or watering down the work.

The organization keeps circling

You have momentum, but the same few decisions keep coming back unresolved. Positioning, hiring, systems, internal alignment.

You're drowning in busy work

Admin, email, coordination, invoicing, scheduling. Your systems sort of work but you spend too much time on things that aren't sessions.

Your work is better than it shows

You've built something real. Your website, your public presence, your marketing doesn't reflects the caliber of what you actually do.

What every attendee gets.

  • The workshop. 90 minutes live, plus lifetime access to the recording.

  • The bottleneck worksheet. The twelve-question diagnostic we use live, printable, usable for yourself and your team.

  • The complete practice website audit. The full 47-point checklist I use on $5–15k projects. Normally reserved for client work. Yours for free if you attend live.

Workshop agenda

Part 1: Diagnose the bottleneck.

Most growth conversations skip the hardest step: figuring out what the real problem is. We'll walk through how to get precise about what's actually slowing your practice down, the patterns that show up across 300+ calls, and how to identify the specific bottleneck in front of you right now. By the end of Part 1, you'll have named it.

Part 2: Leverage short & long term thinking

Part 3: The zen art of actually doing it

About the speaker

Hi, I'm Quinn. I run Design With Quinn, a brand strategy and web studio for therapists, group practice owners, and institute leaders. Over the past year, I've had 300+ diagnostic calls, worked with 40+ practices, and built 35+ practitioner sites.

I grew up with a psychoanalyst mother. That turned out to be the fastest way to learn how to translate someone's expertise into something other people can actually find and trust. It's most of what I do now.

FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no registration fee and all materials during the event are free for you to use for yourself and anyone in your organization.

Is there a pitch?

There is no pitch during the workshop. I will only mention an optional $199 diagnostic session at the end for those who want more support afterwards. I run a business that helps therapists and practice owners build brand and platforms, and everything in the workshop is built to be DIY-able, and drawn for real project experience.

What if I can't attend live?

Registrants get lifetime access to the full recording and slides, as well as the bottleneck worksheet. The only thing you'll miss out on is the live-only bonus (complete practice website audit).

Who should actually attend?

Established therapists, group practice owners, institute leaders, and expert-led practitioners who feel something in their business hasn't caught up to the quality of the work, and want to get more out what they're already doing.

What if I'm not looking to grow aggressively?

Some of the most important bottleneck moves are decisions to do less. The workshop works just as well for consolidation, simplification, and building leverage (even if your ambition is not to scale impact or income).

Can I bring my team or a colleague?

Yes! Just make sure to register each person separately so they get their own access code and workshop materials.
